Service Dog Evaluation at our Location

If you have been scheduled to do a Service Dog Evaluation at our location, we are looking forward to you seeing our beautiful property.  We are located at 11275 North Tabler Road, Minooka, IL 60447.

Before your Service Dog Evaluation

Before your Service Dog Evaluation appointment, please make sure to fill out the Vet Record Form that will come to you by text or you can access the form by CLICKING HERE.  We may also use food with your dog during the Service Dog Evaluation so please don’t feed your dog within several hours of your appointment. If your dog has any food allergies or sensitivities, please bring food with you.

During your Service Dog Evaluation

We will meet you in the driveway and proceed from there to our training room for the Service Dog Evaluation.  Please have your dog on a secure collar and a 4-6 foot leash.  Please no flexi/retractable leashes and have enough people present to control all dogs that you bring to the Service Dog Evaluation.

During the Service Dog Evaluation, we may use food with your dog, so please don’t feed your dog within several hours of your appointment.  If your dog has any food allergies or sensitivities, please bring food with you. We don’t want your dog to get an upset tummy.

We’ll be doing three main things during the appointment.  One will be a temperament test, two talking about what is involved in service dog training and some possible tasks and three discussing potential training options.

We are looking forward to meeting you and your dog!
